Car Park to replace GAA Pitch?
Fingal County Council have advanced a proposal to extend car parking at the Bridgefiled in Malahide Castle. To do this, they propose to remove the GAA pitch currently located there.
Many will welcome the extra parking spaces as there is clearly a parking problem in Malahide at times. On the other hand, the GAA pitch is regularly used, particularly by the local schools and clubs.
